The parties of this agreement:
The Client

Whereas
The Client(s) has requested Pishgam Immigration Services Inc., a member of the CICC, to arrange a one-time “Over the phone” or “In-person” consultation session to assess their situation and provide them with professional advice concerning Canadian Immigration Regulations with a one-time “Over the phone” or “In-person” consultation as the case might be.
Scope of service
The client is seeking consultation and professional advice from the RCIC. The purpose of the consultation is to provide the consultant with sufficient information to allow for a complete analysis and comprehensive advice on immigration options, including estimated time frames, consultation fees and costs.
Service to be provided by RCIC
In consideration of the fees paid and the matter stated above, RCIC agrees to do the following:
– Arrange a time for the RCIC to speak with the Client(s) and their Designates to assess their case.
– Verify the Clients’ situation under prevailing Canadian Immigration Law and Policy, and assist in selecting the best-suited category for application purposes.
– Provide the client with information relevant to their desired area of Canadian Immigration Regulations and answer the client’s questions related to Canadian Immigration subject to a predetermined time limit.
Limits of engagement
The services provided under this Agreement are limited to a single consultation on the matter described above. The RCIC shall not give more information or advice to the Client unless the Client and the RCIC have expressly agreed to a continuation concerning this and other matters. Client and RCIC have entered into a separate written agreement concerning those other matters. This agreement does not obligate the RCIC to act for the Client in any application or proceedings. Should the client require further advice or representation from the RCIC following this initial consultation, the Client must sign a separate retainer agreement with RCIC.
Billing Method
The Client(s) will be billed as follows:
The initial consultation fee plus applicable taxes and processing fees for a one-time “Over the phone” or “In-person” consultation, as the case might be, will be paid by the client or the client’s designated person to RCIC at the time of submitting the consultation request.
Confidentiality
All information the Client(s) give to RCIC will be kept confidential between the Client(s) and RCIC and any staff and/contractors.
No commitment
The client agrees that initial interviews, phone calls, and emails will not by themselves create a client-counsel relationship and will not make the RCIC client’s representative. Any information RCIC receives during interviews, phone calls, or emails before the client has adequately retained RCIC, will be a general explanation of the Law and Regulations and should not, under any circumstances, be used for a self-represented application. If the client, after receiving advice from the RCIC, decides to prepare and process their application without the supervision of the RCIC and a formal retainer agreement with the RCIC, the RCIC shall not and will not be responsible for any outcome and consequences of the application.
No Coercion or Undue Influence
In executing the within consultation agreement, the Client(s) acknowledges that he or she has had the opportunity to obtain and has been advised to obtain independent legal advice. Still, notwithstanding such advice, the Client(s) has chosen to execute this agreement willingly and voluntarily without undue influence or coercion of any sort. The Client further confirms by executing this agreement that they understand all of the terms and conditions contained herein and have had an opportunity to review the agreement before signing.
Agreement
The Client(s) may wish to have this agreement reviewed by another legal adviser or RCIC. If the Client(s) wants to proceed on the above basis, they will fill out the online consultation request. The client must pay the corresponding consultation fees before requesting a consultation session and read and agree with the terms and conditions.
Other Conditions
Client responsibility: The client must provide the RCIC with such factual information and documentation required to perform the consultation. The client must be accurate and honest and must inform RCIC of all information, even if adverse, which might be relevant to the advice provided by RCIC in this matter. Failure to fully disclose all information pertinent to RCIC will impact the advice given by RCIC. It may void this Agreement or seriously affect the outcome of the Client’s application or the retention of any status that the Client may obtain.
Advise current on the date of consultation: The advice provided by the RCIC to the Client is based on the Canadian immigration law and policy current on the date of consultation where relevant. The RCIC is not responsible or accountable for any change in government legislation or policy that may impact the Client’s subsequent application processing.
No guarantee on the outcome: RCIC shall provide consulting services to the Client to the standard of College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) members. RCIC does not guarantee that he will assist the Client in meeting their business, education, employment or immigration goals.
Confidentiality: RCIC is required to preserve the confidences and secrets of the Client. This professional obligation exists to encourage candid and complete communications between the Client and the RCIC. All information and documentation provided by the Client and reviewed by the RCIC will not be divulged to any third party, other than RCIC’s agents and employees, without prior consent, except as demanded by law.
Applicable law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
Validation
The Client(s) acknowledge that they have read this Agreement, understand it, have obtained such independent legal advice as they deem appropriate, have sought translation and agree to be bound by its terms.
The Client(s) acknowledge that they have requested that the Agreement be written English.
